Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Return Policy
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
Return Conditions: All items must be returned to us in unused and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with the tags still attached to the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return: Contact us to request a return by sending an email to kontaktpalma.dk@gmail.com. Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Shipping Costs: The cost of returning an item to our warehouse is the customer's responsibility. Make sure to send your package with a tracking number to the warehouse. Note that the return address is abroad. Therefore, the return costs are higher than in Norway.
Refund Policy
Refund Time: As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund. Processing time may vary, but we try to do this as quickly as possible.
Refund Method: Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refund Amount: The refunded amount includes only the price of the returned item. Shipping costs are normally not refunded unless otherwise stated.
Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund after the processing time, please contact us for further assistance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Period: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
How to Cancel an Order: Contact us via email to request a cancellation. Provide your order number and the reason for the cancellation.
Cancellation After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, you can no longer cancel it. In this case, you can return the order once you have received it, according to our return policy.
Return Address
All returns must be sent back to our warehouse. The return address is outside Norway, but we send multiple returns back at once to protect the environment. Therefore, the return address is in Norway. Return costs are at your own expense. You will receive the specific return address once you have reported the shipment via email. Make sure your package is well packed and sent with a tracking number. We cannot accept returns without a tracking number. After receipt, we will process your return as quickly as possible.
